My agent was Julie Hewitt. I explained to her the urgency of selling my mothers condo in the Gemini in Ormond by the Sea. She understood as I live in Toronto. She has sold units in the building so I was confident in her abilities. It went on the market during Coronavirus/Covid 19, I was uncertain about the market. We got a cash offer with no inspection and I asked for one month for my family to use the condo during the summer. She hit all of my check points and I am so grateful to her. We worked with Alex to find a home in the Ormond area throughout the Spring and were blown away by his knowledge of the area and helpful guidance. Alex FaceTimed with us for over an hour to understand what we were looking for and was able to quickly send us excellent listings with background info not listed online. Once we made it to town, he took us through all the greats of the area and educated us on history of the area, restaurants, schools, activities, communities, ‘vibes’ of different sections, and offered unbiased advice throughout every interest we had. He was quick to get us info on homes we expressed interest in and was able to work with our sometimes last minute schedules to get us tours on multiple different homes.
